This Privacy Policy describes the personally identifiable information that Movable WA (“we,” or “us”) collects in the United States through our website located at https://movablewa.com/ (the “Site”) and how we use that information. The Information That We Collect

In order to better provide you with our numerous services, Movable WA collects two types of information about users of our Site: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience while using our services.

It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. Non-Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. In order to respect the privacy of children online, the Site is not directed to children less than thirteen (13) years of age, and Movable WA does not knowingly collect, maintain or process personally identifiable information from such children.

How We Use the Information We Gather

We use information about our customers, their packages, and their shipping activity to provide or enhance the services we make available to our customers, communicate with our customers about additional services they may find of value, to bill you for those services you elect to use and to satisfy our legitimate business interests. Our Commitment to Security

For example, we retain information about packages, including names and addresses, so that we can provide proof of delivery information, process claim requests and assign routs to drivers. We carefully dispose of records and delete information when retention periods expire.

Movable WA, Inc provides links to external sites as a convenience to the user. The inclusion of any link does not imply Movable WA’ endorsement of the external site company, its web site, or the products and services it promotes and sells. Movable WA is not and cannot be responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the information which we collect through this Site. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of all destination websites which you visit.

You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Movable WA, Inc, without any compensation to you; (2) Movable WA may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for Movable WA to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.

Service Comments

Movable WA does, however, welcome your comments. If you want to send us your comments, and we hope you do, we simply request that you send it to us using the form found on our Contact Us page. Please provide only specific comments onMovable WA services; do not include any ideas thatMovable WA policy will not permit it to accept or consider. It’s just one more way that Movable WA can learn how to best satisfy it’s customers needs. Any comments you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Movable WA shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
